Description |
---|
Having in mind that the majority of international trade is being conducted by sea lanes, the study of specific legal relations contained in the carriage of goods by sea contracts are a necessity for all lawyers that encounter the aspect of international trade in their daily operations. The legal relations in this field are complex as they represent a fusion of rules contained in the international sale and purcahse contracts, rules contained in the carriage of goods by sea contracts, and rules contained in the insurance of goods carried by sea contracts. A detailed examination of these relations represents a necessary step for all students who wish to broaden their understanding of international trade. |
