Within the course Administrative Law I, students are introduced to the basics and basic concepts and theoretical concepts of administrative law. Special emphasis is given to the understanding of the basic theoretical determinants that will be useful in later administrative law subjects. Thus, the origin and development of the science of administrative law are studied within the course. The concept of administration, administrative-legal relationship and administrative contracts are defined. Administrative law in the field of the EU is also analyzed, which is of increasing importance for the domestic application of administrative law. Within the principle of legality, cases of illegality and discretionary assessment are also studied. Sources of administrative law, bylaws and control over administration are also of great importance.
