Individual components of HPM (role of individual, teamwork, multidirectional communication). Civil law and civil system. Rights, duties and responsibilities of civil servants in Croatia. Recruitment manners, classification system. Remuneration system and performance related-pay. Human potential development, education and in-service training of public servants. Public service ethics and organisational culture. Methods of HPM in comparative civil service systems. Modernisation of HPM in Croatian public administration.
