All classes for incoming exchange students in the First/Winter and Second/Summer Semester 2020/21 will be held ONLINE only. Courses that are available to students remain the same (please see the Winter Semester and Summer Semester courses on our website), with possible minor changes.

No student services will be physically accessible to students, all will be done via e-mail and online. The same is true for the enrollment procedure. It is up to you and your home coordinator to decide whether this kind of exchange experience is feasible for you from your home or in Zagreb.

Those students who wish to postpone their arrival for the Second/Summer Semester may do so, but please note that you may only choose the courses available in the Summer Semester in that case.

On Thursday, 27 June 2019, a meeting was held between the representatives of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law, headed by Chair of the Department of Social Theory and Methods Professor Kristina Urbanc, and representatives of the International Office of the partner institution of higher education the ASH Berlin from Germany, headed by Head of International Office. Ms Irene Gropp.

They talked about the benefits and ways of implementing internationalisation (Internationalisation at Home) through networks of partner institutions and new study programmes, both regular and elective.

Both sides have had the opportunity to exchange experience and present the examples of best practice related to internationalization implemented through institutional bilateral and multilateral cooperation and the Erasmus+ programme aimed at student and faculty staff exchange.

The benefits of introducing a software solution titled Ereasmus Without Papers (EWP) were highlighted as the idea behind creating EWP was to fully integrate all administrative activities of coordinators at universities and faculties with regard to the exchange of data, applications, nominations and concluding contracts with candidates applying for the Erasmus+ programme grants in the next programming period.

EWP represents the the second phase of the project co-financed by the European Commission as part of the Erasmus + program KA3 in the periods from 2015-2017 and 2018-2019.

Professor Kristina Urbanc was teamed up by representatives of the International Office: experts in international co-operation Sandra Belko Leović and Jan Ruk.

Ms Irene Gropp, the German head of the delegation, was teamed up by Mr Julien Schwarz, Ms Franziska Fiebrich, Ms Lisa Helene Richter, Ms Julia Okchewskaja.
