During the Course students will learn about proceedings toward criminal offenders, about the sanctions, alternative proceedings and probation service, penal system functioning, specifity of penetentionary sanction, The Law for criminal offenders sanctions.
A part of lectures is field lectures and students go for a visit to penetentiary houses in Croatia.
